What will you do?
Welcome and check in/check out guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Perform night audit procedures to balance daily financial transactions (room charges, food & beverage, other revenue).
Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management.
Monitor reservations, cancellations, and room availability.
Ensure accurate posting of room charges, payments, and adjustments.
Secure hotel premises during the night shift, maintaining safety and security protocols.
Handle late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows.
Support other departments with overnight requests when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and lobby area.
