German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role combines technical skills with customer service expertise.
You will be the friendly voice guiding German customers through issues with electric vehicle charging stations in B2B relationships.
Main tasks include responding to inquiries via phone and tickets, solving technical puzzles, collaborating with the expert Tier 2 support team, staying up-to-date with the latest EV technology, and contributing to a greener future by supporting the growth and reliability of our EV charging network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Native-Level German: You must be a native-level/C2 German speaker, with good English skills (B2 level, minimum)
* Availability: Ability to work in a Hybrid system with rotational shifts
* Technical Aptitude: Experience in a technical support or call center role is a plus
* Excellent Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical concepts in a simple way that anyone can understand
* Problem-Solving Skills: You're a natural at figuring things out and love a good challenge
* Team Player: You're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment
