This Position
As a Lead Buyer, your mission is to operate on the internal clients' behalf, the purchase of Information Technology Hardware, ensuring the respect of regulation and the companies standards and achieving savings target.
Responsibilities
* Support and challenge your clients in their purchasing requests, ensure client satisfaction;
* Define strategies and action plans for your hardware categories;
* Lead Request for Proposal or Direct Negotiation processes and analyze suppliers' offers;
* Negotiate the best price and contractual conditions with the providers and achieve savings target;
* Prepare Master Agreement and Application contracts;
* Ensure compliance with regulation, companies' standards and framework contracts.
Requirements
* Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or Law;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement related activities (purchasing, finance or operations) ideally within a digital, technology or innovation-focused environment;
* Fluent in English;
* Proficient in Excel;
* Knowledge of IT procurement;
* Being at ease with reading, negotiating and managing contracts
* Ability for negotiation
* Customer orientation skills
