Our engineers build the platforms that shape how the world consumes video and connects — while accelerating their own careers along the way.Responsibilities:- Requirements Management: Facilitate the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and meetings, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. - Backlog Ownership: Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing stories and epics to ensure work focuses on driving business value. - Strategic Consulting: Guide clients in optimal implementation strategies to meet their business needs based on available products and solutions. - Team Leadership: Lead the analysis effort on projects, providing coaching, feedback, and acting as a point of escalation for other team members. - Agile Collaboration: Work within a multi-disciplinary Agile/Scrum framework, managing scope, risks, and dependencies throughout the product life cycle.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years as a solution-focused Business Analyst in a technical environment. - Technical Breadth: Proven experience with large-scale projects involving back-end systems, front-end applications, and third-party integrations. - Methodology: Deep understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel within a fast-paced environment involving tight deadlines and changing priorities.Nice to have:- Sector Knowledge: Experience in digital, broadcast, and media industries. - Project Type: Background in B2B enterprise-level projects or B2C user-facing applications. - Tools: Hands-on experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and the Microsoft Office suite. - Environment: Previous experience working on client sites or within an agency/consultancy setting.
