The UGC & Creator Strategist exists to transform Hey Harper's commercial and marketing calendar into a clear, creative, and scalable UGC plan. The UGC Strategy & Creator Strategist owns what UGC we need, why we need it, from whom, and how it will be used across paid, social, PDP, and owned channels. * How should it be deployed across paid, organic, and PDP?
You'll work closely with our Demand team to drive interest in Hey Harper and get feedback on performance and metrics. You report to the Head of Brand at sit within the brand marketing team. Organic social media & EGC management (± 15% of time): Together with an intern of your choosing, manage the daily activity and posting on organic channels:
* Help brainstorm and set the pace for employee-generated content lead by the intern and team members, collaborating with all members of the brand team to bring ideas to life as needed
* Understanding what the right level of posting and schedule is needed
