About the Role
Grupo AFA is hiring an Innovation & Process Optimization Lead to support business transformation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Executive Committee, this is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional exposure.
What You'll Do
Support innovation, transformation, and process optimization initiatives
Coordinate digital, automation, AI, and IT-enabled projects
Work cross-functionally with business and IT teams
Structure project scopes, roadmaps, KPIs, and risks
Track progress and prepare executive dashboards and updates
Ensure alignment with governance and internal controls
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or similar
2–4 years' experience in innovation, transformation, project coordination, or process improvement
Exposure to digital tools, automation, AI, or data-driven initiatives
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to influence without formal authority
Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) and professional English
On-site availability in Madeira, Portugal
