We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead
to join a
front-office, high-performance IT team
supporting FX trading operations. The successful candidate will work in a
multidisciplinary environment
alongside Java and C# developers, directly supporting traders and front-line business users.

Professional Experience:
Design, develop, and maintain the
Position and Trade Booking platform
Develop
core services and shared components
, including:
Feed handlers; Shared libraries; Metrics and reporting tools; Front-end applications
Ensure systems meet the
highest standards of quality, security, and performance
Participate fully in an
Agile SDLC
, including:
Technical analysis; Documentation; Development and testing; Code reviews.
Provide
Level 3 production support
when required
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Skills:
Strong backend engineering expertise with a focus on
high-load systems
Proven experience in:
High-performance system design
Writing and profiling performant code
Distributed computing and caching technologies (e.g.,
Oracle Coherence
or other DHTs)

Experience:
Minimum
5 years of software development experience
At least
2 years in a technical leadership role
Experience with
electronic trading platforms
or other
low-latency distributed systems
Experience with
migration and refactoring
of legacy systems
Strong understanding of
Agile methodologies.
