With operations in Portugal, they support clients from multiple industries through integrated, scalable, and efficiency-driven logistics services.Mission This role sits at the intersection of operations and management, providing technical expertise and operational support to enhance transport performance and ensure smooth execution across activities.Key Activities:Transport Performance ManagementTechnical Quotation ManagementCost ManagementCoordination & Stakeholder ManagementSkills:Strong background in transport and logistics;In-depth freight forwarding knowledge across air, sea, and land transport, including regulations and operational processes;Knowledge of customs management;Customer-oriented mindset with strong stress management skills;Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams;Solid proficiency with standard IT tools, particularly MS Office (Excel);Well-organized, with effective priority management.Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience in freight forwarding, with strong expertise in air freight and customs;Exposure to continuous improvement and Lean methodologies;Bachelors degree plus 3 years of experience in transport and logistics is desirable;Availability to travel up to 25%;Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
