Youll be responsible for the full HR scope at a national level, acting as the local HR lead while collaborating with a global team. From supporting leaders and shaping organizational culture, to ensuring compliance and driving engagement youll be at the heart of the people strategy.
What youll be doing
Support and advise local leaders on team management, organizational planning, and employee relations
Implement and coordinate HR initiatives aligned with global strategy, adapted to the local reality
Promote learning, performance, and development opportunities across teams
Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and internal policies, including relations with unions and workers representatives
Lead recruitment processes, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding
Drive employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives that reflect a modern and people-focused culture
Actively contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
Represent HR as a trusted and visible partner across the organization
Who were looking for
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related area
Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and experience with labor relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills confident, empathetic, and able to influence
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable navigating between strategic tasks and day-to-day operations
