Senior Business Analyst & TesterWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Tester to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!Location: LisbonMain Tasks:- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. - Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems. - Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and Testers across Portugal, Switzerland, and Singapore. - Support solutions related to the full client lifecycle and relationship management within the CLM/CRM domain. - Perform business process modelling to support solution design and process optimization. - Manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment between business expectations and delivery outcomes. - Design and execute test cases to validate software quality and functionality. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software reliability and compliance with business requirements. - Validate spreadsheets, cross-check data across multiple systems, and perform data validation to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Support the team in ensuring high-quality deliverables across both business analysis and testing activities. - Contribute actively in Agile environments, while being comfortable working with Waterfall methodologies when required.Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Proven experience in CLM/CRM environments. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering, business process modelling, and stakeholder management. - Strong experience in software testing, including test case design, functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing. - Strong ability in technical writing and documentation. - Experience with data validation, spreadsheet validation, and cross-checking information across systems. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - High attention to detail, accountability, and initiative. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members. - Excellent communication and active listening skills.Language Skills:- Fluency in English is mandatory. - French is mandatory.Additional Information:- Hybrid work regime – office in Lisbon. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Collaborative and innovative work environment.Send your CV & join our team!
