We're seeking a Junior Courier Recruiter to drive the hiring process for couriers in The Netherlands.
Your Role:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes via our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
* Engage with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and providing excellent support.
* Handle high application volumes, collect missing details, and manage administrative tasks effectively.
* Schedule initial shifts for new couriers and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve hiring targets.
* Contribute to improving recruitment practices and driving business growth.
Requirements:
* Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong multitasking and communication skills.
