Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Vila Real de Santo António, Portugal. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing detailed information about menu offerings, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, managing orders, handling transactions promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment. The role also involves contributing to a positive guest experience and supporting team operations as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
* Sales and persuasion skills to understand customer preferences, recommend products, and close sales effectively.
* Organizational and multitasking skills to handle orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverages, with a willingness to learn about the company's menu offerings and share this with customers.
* Fluency in Portuguese is required, while proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
* A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
