The Opportunity
We are recruiting a talented and motivated Project Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join our client's Stellenbosch office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide spectrum of projects, from detailed boutique spaces to complex commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead design development and contribute to the overall creative vision
* Manage documentation and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and design standards
* Apply BIM workflows (Revit) to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables
* Oversee project programmes, budgets, and delivery while maintaining design integrity
Required Qualifications & Experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong BIM workflow knowledge
Registration
Professional registration with SACAP (mandatory)
Experience
5–10 years of proven professional experience
Design Portfolio
Strong design sensibility across boutique and large-scale projects
Project Sectors
Exposure to retail, industrial, and residential developments
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
