Tasks
What You Will Do

Requirements
Qualifications
* 5+ years of leadership experience or self‑employment
* High authenticity and emotional maturity
* Strong self‑direction and the ability to manage work‑rest balance
* Genuine interest in expanding your own professional and inner capacities
* Excellent English skills (required)
* Ability to communicate human to human – beyond roles, masks or projections
* A genuine interest in integrating spiritual awareness with professional growth and fulfillment
* Alignment with a team culture grounded in self‑awareness rather than posturing
