We are looking for a versatile Digital Product & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique "hybrid" role that blends technical development, UX/UI design, and digital business development.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital business models, concrete ideas, and ambition, and is capable of bringing them to fruition independently with solid technical skills

Key Responsibilities
1. SEO / GEO Optimization
* Implement and manage SEO optimization for websites to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
* Creation of website content and its integration into the site, taking AI applications into account
* Implement and manage GEO optimization for websites to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
* Implementation of lead generation strategies and the development of new products
2. UX/UI Design
* Platform Design: Create intuitive designs for our internal and external platforms, specifically focusing on the Client Area and new digital products.
* Usability: Continuously improve the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) to ensure our tools are easy to navigate and visually appealing.
* Visual Assets: Create and adapt graphic elements and visual components for various digital projects.
3. Web Development & Technical Management
* WordPress Ecosystem: Take full ownership of the management and maintenance of our internal and external WordPress websites.
* Custom Development: Build and implement custom features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including interactive maps, financial calculators, and interface enhancements.
* Infrastructure: Manage servers, hosting environments, and databases to ensure 100% uptime and security.
* Optimization: Perform regular technical audits, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize platform speed and performance.
4. Digital Project Management & Operations
* External Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact for external website partners and agencies.
* Workflow Automation: Manage and optimize Monday.com, creating boards and advanced automations to track leads and streamline team productivity.
* Process Improvement: Structure internal digital workflows to improve efficiency across all departments.
* Strategic Support: Identify and prioritize technical needs that align with the company's growth goals.
5. Multimedia Production
* Video Editing: Basic to intermediate editing of video content for our YouTube channel .
* Photo Editing: Retouch and optimize photography for our digital communication channels and listings.
Technical Requirements & Skills
* CMS: Advanced experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, and maintenance).
* Design Tools: Experience with design software (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and photo editing tools (Photoshop/Lightroom).
* Project Management: High proficiency with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana/ClickUp) and automation logic.
* Systems: Experience managing Google Workspace and web hosting environments (CPanel, VPS, or similar).
* Video Editing: Familiarity with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
* Languages: Fluency in English (required); Portuguese is a strong plus.
* Languages: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript .
