We are hiring a
Project Manager for the Strategy Team
(based in Lisbon or Maia) to directly support our senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives that drive the delivery of our mission.
You will be responsible for:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects
* Manage multiple timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
* Establish and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
* Prepare strategic discussions, including relevant materials and session dynamics
If you have:
* Academic track record in Economics, Management or other quantitative field
* Minimum 3/4 years of experience in a similar position
* Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple functions and divisions
* Strong verbal and writing communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
* Good stakeholders' management skills
* Good analytical planning skills
* Ability to simplify complex problems
