Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our organization in Lisbon, Portugal. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.
* This role will involve developing and driving necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
* They will prepare including the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
* Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP
* Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
* Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency
* Timely establish and submit tax returns
* Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling (Swiss CPA)
* Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
* Experience in controlling is a strong asset
* Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
* Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Fluent in English, French is a plus
* Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
* Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Analytical and detail-oriented
* Perform well under pressure
