What You'll Be Doing As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the development and execution of a robust Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Blip's business needs and Flutter Entertainment's broader goals. You will: Translate business strategy into a forward‐looking TA strategy that aligns with Blip and Flutter Ent. brands, divisions, and regions. Lead and develop a high‐performing TA team, fostering a culture of excellence and embedding new capabilities as needed. Drive process excellence through optimisation, automation, and AI adoption, improving operational efficiency while maintaining quality. Use data and insights to inform strategy, establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate success. Communicate clearly and compellingly with senior stakeholders, influencing decision‐making and building trusted relationships. Navigate ambiguity, thrive in fast‐paced environments, and act as a strategic partner for change. Collaborate with the Porto People Team and Leadership Team to align TA strategy with overall people goals. Champion diversity and inclusion, promoting a culture of belonging and equal opportunity. You Will Have Proven success leading and developing in‐house recruiting teams to deliver ambitious hiring goals at pace, ideally in a tech business. Experience developing vision and strategy, setting goals and objectives, and measuring performance to drive change and enhance effectiveness. Track record of process excellence and operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, automation, and optimisation initiatives within a TA area. Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex messages simply for senior stakeholders. Proficiency in utilising data and insights to resolve problems, influence strategy, and adopt a data‐driven approach to recruitment.
