Job Overview

As a Senior Manager – Pricing Strategy within our Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice area, you will lead against the client and commercial priorities for the pricing topic business. You will grow and deploy a team of pricing experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of Tier One and IP projects. You will be responsible for your team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

* Lead problem solving and solutioning for clients and drive towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context
* Lead development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, materials, in pricing
* Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility
* Lead projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing your team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact
* Act as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively
* Work in an ever changing and complex environment, comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* 5+ years consulting experience in pricing required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
* In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
* Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
* Specialization in pricing in different sectors
* Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Benefits

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to our Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

We expect total annualized compensation for employees in Chicago to be approximately:

* Base salary between $152,000 and $170,000 placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
* Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-25%
* 5% PSRF contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
