Your New Role
You will take on a key position within the finance team, being responsible for ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and supporting the financial accuracy of the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
Full-cycle accounting, monthly and annual closing processes
Preparation and submission of tax obligations (IRC, IVA, SAFT, Modelo 22, IES)
Reconciliation of accounts, analysis of deviations, and preparation of reports for management
Support to audits and interaction with external auditors
Monitoring of fixed assets, inventories, and cost structures in an industrial environment
Ensuring compliance with SNC, fiscal regulations, and internal procedures
Participation in process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives
What You Need to Succeed
Certified Accountant – mandatory
Proven professional experience in industrial companies (preferably medium to large structures)
Strong technical knowledge of SNC, tax legislation, and reporting practices
Solid experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines
Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Fluency in Portuguese and English
