About The Job
* The Client Contribution Controller ensures the accurate production and timely sign‑off of Global Markets Client Contribution data by monitoring daily outputs, resolving quality and feed issues, managing manual uploads, and partnering with Front‑Office and IT to allow an integrated and proactive approach to the business' requirements, as well as to develop a valuable GM IT chain's knowledge
Your Main Activities Are
* Review GM Client Contribution data each business day, identify any mismatches and coordinate immediate corrections with Front‑Office, Finance and IT
* Provide business with rationale for CC moves, analyzing and explaining CC fluctuations, investigating any significant variances, and attribute them to issues, sales performance, markets specificities, expected CC behavior and others
* Provide GM Sales COO and GM Management with regular performance reviews
* Lead the oversight of CC issues and resolution by conducting daily calls with IT, issuing daily communication and driving timely resolution through follow-up with IT stakeholders
* Controlling and challenging CC changes by ensuring CC principles are duly applied (once a year) as per CC Changes Governance
* Validate all intra‑quarter manual uploads via the CC Importer, Deal Manager and Next UI tools
* Coordinate and oversee the CC quarterly sign‑off campaign in cooperation with GM IT SDA APS and GM Sales COO (campaign set‑up, CC changes request, CC sign‑off results presentation and changes inputs follow‑up)
* Follow-up CC methodology changes, coordinate implementation testing, verify correctness and update the methodology documentation
* Identify inefficiencies in the CC chain, propose and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and drive best‑practice adoption
* Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism, building trusted relationships with all internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with the internal policies
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
* From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
* Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
* Creativity and Innovation

* Knowledge in Transversal Financial Markets
* Knowledge in Data Viz Blending Analytics - Tableau
* Analytical ability (namely in Excel and Access)
