Your new role
• Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deliver RPA solutions using UiPath or comparable automation technologies.
• Produce clear and structured process documentation for all developed solutions.
• Perform unit tests, integration tests, and support user acceptance testing to validate automated workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing robots to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Apply automation best practices, including reusability principles, version control, and error-handling standards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development guidelines.
• Offer support and basic training to business users once solutions are deployed.
• Keep up to date with new UiPath enhancements, new tools, and industry approaches.
What you’ll need to succeed
• +2 years of experience working as a RPA Developer
• Experience with Uipath
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and convert them into effective automated solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Mandatory English proficiency.
• Desirable but not essential: UiPath certification (UiARD or similar), and exposure to process- or task-mining tools.
