We are looking for a Mobile Business Analyst to join the team of our client - a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Serve as both the voice of the business and user in shaping the mobile customer experience, and act as a functional expert in app platform behaviour and integration;
Translate mobile-specific needs, such as navigation, features, performance, and user engagement, into technically sound, scalable, and supportable digital solutions across iOS and Android platforms;
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business needs and opportunities;
Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and user stories with acceptance criteria;
Analyse system behaviour, data flows, and interactions across platform components and services;
Support backlog refinement, development, testing, and UAT processes;
Act as subject matter expert for platform capabilities, configurations, and interfaces;
Facilitate workshops, user research, and process mapping activities;
Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, support) are captured;
Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and platform capability..
What is required from you?
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field;
Minimum 03 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or digital product delivery roles;
Experience with digital platforms, APIs, and data-driven systems in an agile environment;
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and facilitation skills;
Understanding of integration, platform services, user flows, and data models;
Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively;
Comfortable working across developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders;
Agile Business Analysis or Systems Analysis training preferred;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
