We're looking for a
Project Manager
to join and strengthen our team at
Spotlite
, ensuring the successful delivery and customer value of our infrastructure monitoring projects.
In this role, you'll coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
You will be part of a highly motivated team with great cooperation dynamics. This is a hybrid position that involves a combination of remote work and on-site presence at our office. The employment contract for this internal human resource position will be subject to Portugal's work laws (in that sense, it's only for portuguese residents).
Core Responsibilities
* Own project planning and execution across infrastructure clients (highways, powerlines, solar/wind, rail)
* Lead client onboarding and be the point of contact for operational communication
* Translate client requirements into internal tasks across Geospatial, Engineering, and Sales teams
* Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using internal tools (e.g., Asana)
* Prepare and manage project documentation, milestone reports, and updates
* Identify blockers and coordinate resolution between functional teams
* Support the development of scalable delivery frameworks and playbooks
Must-have Skills
* 3+ years in project or program management in SaaS, GIS, infrastructure or environmental analytics
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Experience working with technical teams (engineering, data science, or GIS)
* Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management
* Fluency in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus)
* Experience with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Jira/Trello, and Gantt/PM software
Nice-to-have
* Background in remote sensing, Earth Observation, GIS, or infrastructure sectors
* Experience in fast-growing startups or SaaS delivery environments
* Familiarity with utility sectors (energy, transportation) and public infrastructure projects
