Job Title: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer
Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Software Engineer will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. This role will bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems, and create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows.
Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems;

Work in agile development and quick prototypes, and strive to see your work in action;
Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems;
Make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product;
Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO;
Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
Maintain quality from every feature developed;
Assume responsibility for initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
Experience in Aura and Web Components;
Collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
Agile ecosystems experience;
Passion for new technologies and problem-solving skills;
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
Proactive profile to fit with our startup culture;
English fluency for articulating ideas clearly when speaking to groups;
Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release.
