**Guest Relations Ambassador**
We are seeking a Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team.
As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience during their stay with us.
You will provide personalized service, accommodate special requests and manage any issues that may arise.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet will be essential in this role.
You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills.
They will also be proficient in English and Portuguese, with a preference for another foreign language.
