Technical Support Advisor Job in Portugal
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and guidance.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical and interpersonal skills make a real impact, helping customers get the most out of our products. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting initial diagnostics, escalating complex issues, and proactively assisting customers to improve satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
* Conduct initial diagnostics using internal procedures and resources
* Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary
* Proactively assist customers to improve satisfaction, using tutorials, guides, and support articles
* Communicate clearly regarding product information, order tracking, and minor problem resolution
* Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
* Use multiple internal software tools to manage and document support cases
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling or offering complementary solutions when appropriate
Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2)
* Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not mandatory
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Ability to diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly and simply
* Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously
* Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and adaptability
* Cross-selling or upselling experience is a plus
* Eligible to work in Portugal
