About the Role
The IT Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' networks, ensuring client satisfaction.
This role requires a highly motivated and self-starter individual who can work in shifts to cover 24X7 operations.
Key responsibilities include first-line support of IT infrastructure and systems, complete monitoring of services environment, and working closely with IT System, Security, and Engineering teams.
* Quickly resolve incidents opened by clients and constantly monitor alerts generated by tools.
* First-line support of IT infrastructure, Security, and systems.
* Receive and respond to service requests via telephone and email in accordance with each client's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
A successful candidate will have experience in computer network management, managing end-client networks, and possessing certifications such as A+, NET / Sec +, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
