Spare Parts Manager Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to head our Spare Parts team. As the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and coaching the local team to ensure optimal workload distribution and high performance.

This is a key position that plays a critical part in managing spare parts operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
* Good knowledge of trade, supply chain management, industrial retail, preferably spare parts and logistics
* Expertise in Excel and ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus
* Knowledge of order management processes
* Mandatory language: English
* Optional language: French or Italian would be an asset
* Certificate in Logistics would be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Able to manage priorities and multiple customer requests
