Job Description
We're building a
stealth, AI-first platform
that relies on
AI-driven headless browser automation
to interact with real-world web interfaces in a reliable, human-like way.
We're looking for a
Founding Engineer
to own and evolve the core system that combines:
* Headless Chromium automation (CDP-based)
* AI agents for reasoning and decision-making
* Robust orchestration for real-world, dynamic websites
This is a hands-on role at a very early stage, with high technical ownership and long-term equity upside.
What You'll Work On
* Designing and implementing
headless browser automation
using Chromium-based tools (e.g. Playwright / Puppeteer)
* Building
AI-driven browser agents
that can:
* Navigate complex, dynamic websites
* Interact with real UI elements (forms, flows, multi-step processes)
* Recover gracefully from edge cases and failures
* Integrating LLMs to reason about page structure, actions, and workflows
* Improving reliability, performance, and scalability of browser-based automation
* Making architectural decisions that will define the product long-term
Tech Focus
* Headless Chromium automation via DevTools Protocol (CDP)
* AI-driven decision-making (LLMs)
* Web UI interaction and automation
* Backend orchestration and worker systems
Who This Is For
* Engineers who enjoy
low-level browser behavior and real-world automation
* Builders comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage products
* People who want
real ownership
, not just tasks
* Engineers who care about correctness, robustness, and scale
Compensation
* Equity only (founding role)
* Meaningful ownership based on contribution and commitment
Why This Role Is Interesting
* You're working on
one of the hardest categories of automation
* You'll own a core technical moat from day one
* The system already works — the challenge now is making it
cheaper, faster, and scalable
