Job Title:
A Junior Project Manager is required to support the project management process from initiation to closure.
Key responsibilities include supporting the point of contact with clients, analysing project scope, deadlines and costs, developing and implementing project plans, identifying and managing risks, monitoring project costs, planning internal orders, recording lessons learned, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, and maintaining regular communication with clients.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
* Maximum 3 years of experience in project management;
* Experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks in complex projects;
* Good negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements and resolve conflicts effectively;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
