At Boslan, part of Accenture, we are specialized in Engineering and Consulting services, providing support in the comprehensive management and development of projects. We are a multidisciplinary team with a strong commitment to service and close collaboration, both within the project and with our clients.


Electrical Engineer or similar who will act as the technical reference in projects involving overhead and underground Medium and High Voltage power lines, ensuring proper conception, design, planning, and execution in compliance with regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. Responsible for leading and coordinating work teams (10-20 people) on High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) network projects, guaranteeing deadlines, financial objectives, and quality standards. Will lead the team thanks to more than 6 years of experience in site management and electrical network projects for Medium and High Voltage, both overhead and underground, as well as in substations and switching centers. Will be responsible for organizing and supervising site management activities, preparing and reviewing electrical projects, and coordinating tasks related to power line design, including topographical, environmental, cadastral studies, and other complementary analyses. The candidate will report to the contract manager and collaborate in organizing teams and activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead work teams of 10 to 20 people.
* Plan and coordinate activities associated with the contract.
* Manage the technical relationship with the client, resolving issues and ensuring service satisfaction.
* Prepare, review, and validate electrical projects (reports, drawings, electrical and mechanical calculations, and budgets).
* Develop and optimize work procedures, proposing continuous improvements in processes, tools, and technical solutions to increase service quality and efficiency.
* Report deadlines, risks, and compliance with financial and quality objectives.
* Supervise studies related to power line design (topography, environmental aspects, cadastral studies, and other complementary analyses).
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in design and construction work.
* Train and provide technical support to the team, promoting best practices and professional development.


Qualifications:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in design, site management, and electrical project management.
* Demonstrable technical knowledge of HV/MV networks ( 60 kV), both overhead and underground, and in substations and switching centers.
* Power line calculation skills.
* Proficiency in electrical network calculation software (DMElect or equivalent) and PLS-CADD.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures for electrical networks.
* Experience with project management / ERP tools (SAP desirable).
* Authorization to sign High and Medium Voltage projects.
* Training in occupational risk prevention and qualifying master's degree for Health and Safety projects.
* Strong planning skills, deadline management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and effective client communication.
* Knowledge of civil works will be valued.
* Languages: Portuguese (native), high level of English and Spanish.
