We are in search of a Delivery Managerto join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role inensuring operational readiness and excellence in project rollouts, onboarding processes, and the alignment between customer expectations, internal operations, and product development.This role is critical in guaranteeing successful execution of deliveries, tool and process improvements, and end-to-end operational visibility.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Program & Delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and country launches, ensuring all operational, technical, and logistical components are aligned and ready ;
* Actively participate in client meetings when needed and gather operational or D&M (Deployment & Maintenance)requirements during onboarding to ensure a successful delivery setup ;
* Own internal delivery playbooks, checklists, and pre-launch validations to ensure consistent delivery standards;
* Act as a central point of contact between all Operations, D&M, and Tech/Product teams for delivery-related matters ;
* Gather, prioritize, and communicate operational and D&M requirements, as well as tooling requests, to OpsTech ;
* Ensure smooth operational delivery and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact when needed ;
* Identify delivery bottlenecks and friction points, and provide detailed input to the Operational Excellence team for resolution and implementation ;
* Implement structured feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve onboarding, tools, and delivery quality ;
* Ensure all documentation related to onboarding, delivery, and tool usage is accurate, clear, and kept up to date.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) ;
* 3+ years of experiencein Delivery Management, Operations Management, Customer Onboarding, Project Management, or similar experience;
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with customer-facing impact ;
* Strong understanding of operational workflows, project rollout, and onboarding processes ;
* Proficient in project management and documentation tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, Confluence, Miro) ;
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills ;
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;
* Ability to lead change and scale standardization across a fast-paced company.

* Strong documentation skills and ability to create structured workflows.
