We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our e-commerce category in Brazil.
\
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product line's profit and loss statement, defining and executing category strategy, driving pricing excellence, and managing the full product lifecycle.
\
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in category management, business strategy, or consulting, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
\
Solid commercial acumen, execution-oriented leadership skills, and strong analytical thinking abilities are required.
\
Collaboration with regional teams, stakeholder alignment, and adaptability to changing settings are also essential.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
\
1. Own the P&L of the Product Categories in Brazil, focusing on profitable growth and margin expansion.
\
2. Define and execute the category strategy for Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories.
\
3. Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin, supported by strong analytics.
\
4. Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in Brazil.
\
5. Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs, ensuring timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.
\
6. Run Campaign & Commercial Planning in alignment with your Marketing counterpart.
\
7. Partner with Regional Webshop Team to improve digital conversion and category presentation.
\
8. Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the Brazilian market.
\
9. Act as a Category Expert for the Brazilian business, providing insights, benchmarking, and recommendations to the local leadership team.
\
10. Lead and grow a high-performing team as we continue to scale in Brazil.

Requirements:

12. Proven Category Leader – You have 5-7+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
