About Our Internship Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an intern in human resources. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
* Source Candidates via LinkedIn Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
* Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
* Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
* Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark
You Are:
* A current student studying Human Resources or Psychology (preferable) or any related field.
* Strong English communication skills is a must.
* French/Spanish is a plus.
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
* A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills.
* You like challenges, are excited by taking responsibility.
* Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy.
* Interested in a start-up environment and working with a multicultural team.
