Front of House Leader
The Front of House Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's public areas, including reception, coworking spaces, and food & drink outlets.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily operations with teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Support management teams across all departments to drive business growth
* Raise the bar on quality and expertise in our product offerings
* Point guests to top-rated local businesses, showcasing the city's attractions
Management and Leadership
* Collaborate with F&B teams to optimize hotel operations
* Run daily operational meetings to maintain smooth service delivery
* Work closely with the Brand Manager and Connector to build and maintain a strong community
* Plan and communicate team rosters to ensure adequate staffing
Performance Metrics
* Pursue opportunities to boost revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction
* Assist the hotel manager in managing costs within departmental budgets
* Monitor performance metrics, including points of sale, room revenues, and service quality
Requirements
* At least 3 years of management experience (preferably in a hospitality setting)
* Solutions-focused and skilled at building relationships
* Effective problem-solver and decision-maker
* Courteous, professional, and approachable demeanor
* Excellent English communication skills
