Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:
* Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
* Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
* OutSystems Tech Lead (O11) Certification and minimum of 3 OutSystems certifications;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in team management;
* Minimum 3 years of experience with OutSystems;
* Experience with MuleSoft, API’s, SQL Server and Azure SQL;
* Experience with C#, .NET Framework, VB.NET, Classic ASP;
* Experience with Angular, AngularJS and Ionic;
* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
* Great analytical skills to make decisions related to applicational architecture;
* Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
* Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
* Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
* Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitor team deliveries and manage the associated risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them;
* Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones;
* Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders;
* Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers;
* Manage the request backlog and prioritize features, in collaboration with the Product Manager, based on user feedback, expected impact/benefit, and the team’s delivery capacity;
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
