Managed Service Manager
to lead and optimize service delivery for a medium to large Agile team. This is a contract role with a strong chance of extension, based in
Braga, Portugal
.

Location: Braga (on-site/hybrid)
On-site requirement: Minimum Mondays and Tuesdays
Time zone: Lisbon
Work schedule: Accenture standard schedule
Language Requirements
English: C2 (profile/CV must be in English)
Portuguese: C2
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end service delivery
Plan and schedule resources and contractor activities
Monitor and report on KPIs and SLA performance
Drive service optimisation and efficiency improvements
Coordinate and resolve escalations and critical issues
Plan and oversee delivery activities (deployments, testing, etc.)
Required Experience
Proven experience managing medium to large teams (15+ people)
Strong background in Managed Services / Service Delivery
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Cloud Service Delivery, particularly AWS
