Aubay operates in Portugal since 2007, with offices in Lisbon and Porto, focusing on Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems across sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transports.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
* At least six years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments;
* Certified in Scrum/Agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP);
* Experience with Azure DevOps (JIRA/Confluence is a plus);
* Knowledge of Agile metrics (Burndown, Burnup, Lead Time, etc.);
* Fluency in English;
* Citizenship or Work permit in Portugal (mandatory).
