Job Description
We are looking for a
Customer Success Engineer
to support clients using our
Digital Signage
solution throughout their lifecycle from deployment to retention. You will assist with project setup, content coordination, screen configuration, and client onboarding. You'll help resolve support tickets, track usage and performance, and prepare reporting.
This role requires full-time on-site presence at our office in Maia, Portugal.
Responsabilities
* Project Deployment
: Lead client onboarding and solution implementation from kick-off to sign-off. This includes scoping requirements, designing and configuring solutions, managing content, and conducting quality assurance.
* Customer Enablement:
Provide training and documentation to ensure clients and partners can effectively use the product.
* Product Adoption:
Track key performance metrics, deliver ROI reports, and guide clients to optimize their use of the platform.
* Account Growth:
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during all client interactions.
* Client Support:
Manage support tickets, escalate technical issues, and monitor system health to minimize client disruptions.
* Relationship Management:
Maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders, handle contract renewals, and gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Must Have
* Degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent working experience;
* Experience with customer service;
* Fluent in English (spoken and written);
* Excited about immersing yourself in the world of technology;
* Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations;
* Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of IPTV protocols and technologies;
* Linux command line;
* Scripting Languages;
* Previous experience in similar positions;
* Other languages.
