Transversal Project Manager
Main Tasks:
Establish and coordinate centralized cybersecurity or risk-related services, from design/ideation through to implementation, following defined governance, processes, and methodologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (technical, legal, compliance, tax, data, etc.) to define scope, requirements, risks, and mitigation actions for new services or initiatives.
Support cross-functional and cross-border programs by facilitating service deployment in multiple locations and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Provide operational and project management support for program initiatives, including change management, process alignment, and risk mitigation.
Define and oversee contractual agreements (e.g., SLAs, billing processes) between departments and delivery centers, ensuring proper governance and follow-up.
Contribute to governance reporting, including program updates, risk tracking, and project steering at both department and central levels.
Main Skills & Requirements:
Proven project management experience
Awareness of risk and outsourcing practices
Knowledge of IT, IT Risk, and Cybersecurity fundamentals
Understanding of data protection regulations, policies, and standards
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks and key developments
Fluency in English is mandatory
