We are seeking a strategic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true believer in the power of relationships and vision in building great destinations.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with key travel trade partners across multiple segments;
* Execute sales strategies targeting international and domestic markets to leverage and drive sales;
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and sales missions;
* Organise and host familiarisation trips for travel advisors;
* Monitor performance of accounts and adjust strategies accordingly;
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and travel trade campaigns;
Requirements:
* A passion for hospitality with refinement;
* Proven experience in travel trade sales, preferably in luxury hospitality;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field;
* 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or travel trade;
* Fluent in English; other languages (Portuguese, French, German) are a plus;
* Strong dedication to work and profession, with great attitude and attention to detail;
* Enjoyment of teamwork and ability to promote a good environment;
