PwC Managed Services is looking for an experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. This is a leadership role within a structured, high-performance environment, ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong people management skills.
What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a team delivering AR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence;
* Oversee invoice processing, billing, collections, and reconciliations across multiple markets;
* Drive month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, and IFRS-aligned reporting;
* Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and champion automation initiatives;
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution;
* Support governance and internal controls within the PwC Managed Services framework.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in team leadership roles;
* Proven background in SSC/GBS environments managing AR teams;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken);
* Strong knowledge of ERP SAP (other ERP's are a plus) and advanced Microsoft Office skills;
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities;
* IFRS knowledge is a plus.
