Our organization is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of its information technology systems. We are currently seeking an IT support specialist to provide assistance to internal customers with regards to computer systems, hardware, and software issues.
This role will involve collaborating with customers both remotely and in-person to configure and troubleshoot systems, with the primary goal of resolving problems efficiently.
Candidates for this position should possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and customer service abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support services to internal customers;
• Conduct remote and local assistance to end-users;
• Perform technical troubleshooting on software and hardware;
• Manage helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner;
• Maintain documentation related to processes and system configurations;
• Collaborate with external suppliers;
• Train and onboard new users.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
• A background in IT;
• Proficiency in computer systems (Windows environment, network devices, etc.);
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose IT problems;
• Experience in a similar role (preferably IT Helpdesk);
• Fluency in English.
