Responsibilities
* Gathering and Analysis of Business Requirements for new and ongoing projects.
* Managing and Responding to Support Requests.
* Writing Specifications and User Stories.
* Defining the planning for Implementation of requests / projects.
* Track and report Project progress
* Identifying new user needs or improvements
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
* Good interpersonal skills to work with teams that are remote
* Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
* Good client relationship.
* SQL Knowledge
* Advanced level of English communication (B2) is mandatory
