Effisus is an international engineering company specialized in building envelope, façade and waterproofing solutions, working with leading architects, contractors and developers across Europe, the UK and the Middle East.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to support international construction projects, focusing on façades, roofing and waterproofing systems, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance and performance.
What You'll Do
* Analyze construction drawings and technical specifications
* Propose optimized technical solutions for façades and building envelope systems
* Prepare and review technical documentation and AutoCAD 2D drawings
* Support testing, certification and CE marking processes
* Provide technical support to architects, engineers and internal teams
* Ensure compliance with Eurocodes and applicable construction standards
What We're Looking For
Must-have
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
* 5+ years of experience in construction or technical engineering roles
* Experience with facades, roofing, waterproofing, ETICS or building envelope systems
* Strong AutoCAD skills (2D)
* Good knowledge of Eurocodes or equivalent standards
* Fluent English (Portuguese working level)
Nice-to-have
* Experience with CE marking or product certification
* Knowledge of building physics (thermal, moisture, acoustic)
* BIM / Revit experience
* Spanish or French
