Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive compliance, transparency, and profitability in our Portuguese production facility. As a Business Partner to the local Managing Director and Plant Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping business outcomes.
1. You will develop budgets and forecasts for management, analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions.
2. Prepare regular reports on cost and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and presenting recommendations for action.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree in business administration or industrial engineering is required; experience with controlling principles is essential.
* No less than 5 years' experience in finance; at least 3 years' direct experience in plant controlling (standard costing variance knowledge).
