IT Infrastructure Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Systems Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers (on-premise and virtual), manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies, oversee patch management, backups, and disaster-recovery procedures.
* Network & Security: Design, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks, implement security best practices: vulnerability scans, access controls, incident response.
* Storage & Virtualization: Administer SAN/NAS storage solutions and capacity planning, deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
* End-User Support: Serve as escalated point of contact for Tier-2/3 support issues, manage endpoint deployments, software rollouts, and mobile device management, develop and update documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
* Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with hardware/software vendors; track warranties and licenses, maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle schedules.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or infrastructure support;
* Proficiency in administering Windows Server and Linux environments (on-premises and virtual);
* Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;
* Understanding of network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks;
* Knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management, access control, and incident response;
* Experience managing SAN/NAS storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans;
* Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
