A successful 'Accounts Payable Specialist' should have:
- Manage and process all invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support during audits.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance department.
Perfil ideal
A successful 'Accounts Payable Specialist' should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
