Strategic Growth Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive significant expansion and success for key accounts within a dynamic marketplace.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Own and manage all facets of the account management process for high-value accounts, fostering strategic relationships with core customers.
* Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
* Utilize tools, systems, and processes to drive results across the client lifecycle.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product offerings and the broader ecosystem.
* Conduct thorough analyses of client issues and the competitive landscape, delivering recommendations to enhance client and customer engagement and grow the business.
